Delivery Policy.
1. Digital delivery only
All Umma Designs services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. There are no shipping costs.
2. Delivery formats
Deliverables are provided as: Figma shared files (screens, components, prototypes, annotations); exported assets (SVG, PNG at 1x and 2x); design token exports (CSS custom properties, JSON); PDF documentation; and developer walkthrough sessions (video call). Format specifics vary per service type.
3. Delivery timelines

Timelines are estimates and may extend due to client-side delays in providing materials or feedback.
4. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by email from hello@ummadesigns.com including Figma share links and asset download links. If you do not receive confirmation within the estimated timeline, contact us immediately.
5. Post-delivery support
Post-delivery support hours (if purchased) are available for 60 days after final delivery for minor revisions, developer questions, or guidance. Hours are scheduled by email.
